Return and refund policy

At Bannoji, we care for your preferences and create every piece of elegance with utmost 
consideration and care. Our team checks each and every item with keen eyes before delivering 
lovely apparel your way. 
However, we follow a no-return and no-refund policy. In case any issues arise, we’ve got you 
covered under these situations: 
1. Damaged Item 
If your outfit unfortunately arrives damaged, please reach out to us within 48 hours of delivery. 
Share clear photos and an unboxing video. We will carefully review and happily offer a 
replacement or refund. 
2. Size Exchange 
If the size doesn’t fit perfectly, we allow size exchange (subject to availability). Kindly send an 
unboxing video along with your request so we can assist you smoothly. 
3. Completely Different / Wrong Item 
If we’ve accidentally sent a totally different piece than what you ordered, please don’t worry. We 
will gladly exchange it for the correct one. An unboxing video will help us process this quickly. 
How We Handle Exchanges/Refunds: 
1. Email us at support@bannoji.com with your order ID, photos, and unboxing video. 
2. We will review your request carefully and send you approval along with shipping instructions. 
3.  Ship the item back to us. 
4.  Once we receive and inspect the piece, we will process the refund or exchange within 7–10 
business days. 
Important Notes: 
• All exchange requests must be supported with an unboxing video. 
• The item should be unworn, unwashed, with original tags and packaging intact. 
•  For exchanges, the customer will bear the return shipping charges.
