Domestic Shipping (India)
- Free shipping on orders.
- Usually reaches you in 7–10 days (sometimes faster, sometimes a bit longer in remote areas).
International Shipping
Processing Time
Orders are delivered within 7 to 10 business days. We process most orders within 1–3 days and then ship them out. You'll get a tracking link the moment your parcel starts its journey. Sit back and get ready to twirl!
Cash on Delivery (COD)
- Available with a ₹500 advance payment.
- Remaining amount to be paid at the time of delivery.
Important
• If the order is refused at the time of delivery, the actual shipping and handling charges incurred by Banno Ji will be deducted from the ₹500 advance payment. The remaining balance will be credited to the customer's Banno Ji Pay Balance/store credit.
• If the customer is unavailable or unable to accept the parcel after multiple delivery attempts, the actual shipping and handling charges incurred by Banno Ji will be deducted from the ₹500 advance payment. The remaining balance will be credited to the customer's Banno Ji Pay Balance/store credit.
• Banno Ji Pay Balance/store credit issued in such cases will remain valid for 120 days from the date of issue.

Reverse Pickup & Shipping Charges
If reverse pickup service is available for your location, we will arrange a pickup from the original delivery address.
The applicable reverse shipping charges incurred for the exchange will be borne by the customer and deducted accordingly.
If reverse pickup service is unavailable in your area, customers will be requested to courier the parcel back to us at their own expense.
