If your outfit arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Share clear photos and an unboxing video. After review, we will offer a replacement or refund.
2. Size Exchange
If the size does not fit perfectly, we allow size exchange subject to availability. Please share an unboxing video with your request so we can assist you smoothly.
3. Wrong or Completely Different Item
If you receive a completely different item than what you ordered, we will exchange it for the correct item. An unboxing video is required to process the request quickly.
How We Handle Exchanges/Refunds

1. Email us at support@bannoji.com with your order ID, photos, and unboxing video.
2. We will review your request and share approval along with shipping instructions.
3. Ship the item back to us.
4. Once we receive and inspect the item, we will process the refund or exchange within 7–10 business days.

• All exchange requests must include an unboxing video.
• The item must be unworn, unwashed, and returned with original tags and packaging intact.
• For exchanges, the customer will bear the return shipping charges.
